Understanding how prana moves through the body may seem as simple as deep breathing, but it is so much more than that. The body itself is composed of five Vayus (airs), five layers (Koshas), and three states—Tamas, Rajas, and Sattva. Through pranayama (breath techniques), movement, and meditation, we can cultivate balance, awareness, and positive transformation, helping individuals tune into their own intuitive power and trust the changes they wish to implement for their highest good. Think of it as pranayama therapy that treats the whole - mind body and spirit.
For me, breathwork & meditation has been a deeply self-reflective journey, allowing me to explore my inner self, identify and release trauma-based patterns, and find a balanced alignment with my spiritual essence.

Breath Easy Pranyama, Mantra & Meditation.
For those who wish to explore the power of mantra and meditation, which are integrated within pranayama sequencing, this is the perfect space for a well-rounded experience. You will have the opportunity to work deeply on your spiritual self, release emotional blockages, and enjoy the physical benefits that pranayama brings.
Our meditation practices will include RAIN, chakra healing, and body awareness techniques. We will also explore esoteric mantras and experience their subtle effects on the body and mind. You are encouraged to keep a journal and develop a consistent daily practice of pranayama and meditation.

Breath Easy Pranayama
For those who wish to learn specific breath techniques but are not interested in the mantra and meditation aspects, we will still incorporate breathwork, sound practices around OM and AUM, as well as sitting in stillness and self-observation as grounding practices.
You will learn how to sequence a series of breath techniques tailored to your needs, depending on how you feel on any given day. A 15-minute daily practice is encouraged, with support provided through instructional videos sent via WhatsApp. Journaling is also recommended as a tool for mindful introspection. Additionally, we will discuss diet and movement to help you take a holistic approach for optimal results.

Therapeutic Yoga
Personalised yoga, to treat your specific body type, and any old injuries. have a yoga session in your own home. West London area only. This can be done for up to 3 people in one session.
If you already practice yoga than this can be done on line, where we address posture, alignment and adptations for a specific, more rounded personal session.
